How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us. To track your order, visit our tracking page and enter your order number along with your email address:

Please allow 1-5 business days after receiving your confirmation email for your order status to update, depending on the shipping carrier. This is normal, especially during peak periods. If you are having trouble locating your confirmation email, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. You can also search for info@graumia.com in your inbox.

Where is my order number?

Your order number is sent to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You can find it in your order confirmation email, along with additional details about your order.

If you can't find your order confirmation, here are a few reasons why this might happen:

  • There may be a typo in the email address you entered
  • The email may have been routed to your spam, junk, or promotions folder - search for info@graumia.com to find it
  • Sometimes orders may be halted before confirmation due to issues with the shipping address or payment

If you still can't find your order number, contact us and we'll resend it to you again.

How can I find a missing package that shows as delivered?

Although rare, tracking may sometimes show a package as delivered before it has actually arrived. If this happens, please try the following steps first:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the package was sent to the correct address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
  • Check all delivery locations at your address thoroughly
  • Ask others in your household if they received the package on your behalf
  • Wait 36 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly before they arrive

If your order is still missing 36 hours after the expected delivery date, please contact us. Please note that refunds or replacements for lost packages will only be processed after the courier has completed their investigation, in line with our Shipping Policy.
