Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives without its original packaging or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund or issue a partial refund based on the item's condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@graumia.com with your order name, order number, and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse any return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued. Processing times may additionally vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
