Delivery Information
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days of being placed. Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or limited edition launches. Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or back-ordered. In such cases, we will contact you directly to communicate any delays.
To get your order to you as fast as possible, different items may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking notification for each shipment.

Sales tax and/or VAT are already included in the listed price of goods on our website.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before the order has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at
info@graumia.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery where possible and contact us immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence, please reach out to our support team for further guidance.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping service. For orders confirmed as delivered by the courier but not received, we may conduct a further investigation. Refunds or replacements for lost packages will only be processed after the courier has completed their investigation. The standard 30-day return window does not apply to lost or delayed package claims - these are handled separately under our Shipping Policy.
